Calibrating the Touchscreen

To recalibrate the touchscreen go to Diagnostics in the device menu then select Screen

Tap on Touch Calibration, you will see this message appear

Tap Yes to access the calibration tool, you will then see a blue screen with white crosshairs, gently tap in the centre each time the crosshairs appear in different areas of the screen

This is very sensitive so make sure you get the centre of the crosshairs, if successful your device will reboot to the home screen

If unsuccessful you will see this message:

Then the crosshairs will re-appear - if you experience continual issues try using something thin like the tip of a screwdriver/hair pin/paperclip
