I can't edit my profile

Follow these instructions to edit your profile

Troubleshoot 

  • If you have logged into your account, clicked your name in the top right-hand corner and then clicked 'Profile & Settings' and nothing happens or you receive an error message, please send an email (including screenshots where relevant) to support@dekunu.tech. 

  • If you have accessed the 'Edit My Profile' screen and made some alterations, make sure you scroll to the bottom and save your changes, if your changes will not save, please note or screenshot any error messages that appear and email them to support@dekunu.tech.
