Switching Users

If you'd like to switch the user profile assigned to your device, the procedure is as follows:

  • Connect to a Wifi network
  • Tap Menu > System > Switch User

  • Enter the new User ID and Unique Device Auth Code and tap Go

If you have any issues switching users or do not know your ID/Auth Code, try troubleshooting first. If you need further assistance, email support@dekunu.tech with details, please include screenshots and/or details of any error messages you receive.

Update - the One will now save any new users so that you can switch between profiles without wifi connection
