Wifi/Network Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing issues connecting to wifi the issue could be that the firmware on your device needs to be updated, try the steps below and if unsuccessful send an email to support@dekunu.tech for assistance.

Wifi Temporarily Disabled

If you see this and the device is making no attempt to re-connect to wifi try restarting the device by pressing the on-screen power button in the device menu:

Menu > System > On-screen power button > Restart

Then wait for the device to reboot and try reconnecting again

Tip: Connect the device to a power source and wait a few seconds before retrying - the One will automatically disable wifi to conserve power when the battery is under 30%
