My Screen is Blue/White/Green/Red

If your device screen is blue/white/red/green and frozen, please follow these instructions:

  • Press and hold down the power button
  • Press the reset button once and release
  • Wait 3-5 seconds then release the power button
  • Connect the device to a computer - it should appear in your removable disks
  • Open the device, click on system
  • Copy the folder labelled 'syslogs' to your desktop
  • Safely eject the device
  • Compress the copied folder and email to support@dekunu.tech with as much information as possible on
    • what mode the device was in when the problem began
    • any error messages that have appeared
    • any unusual activity
