I can't log in to the Cloud

First Time Logging In

  • If you have never logged in to the Cloud before, you will need to reset your password in order to access your profile. Follow these instructions to reset your password and log in.

If you have previously logged In

  • Ensure that you are using the correct email (that you ordered the device with) and password
  • Screenshot or note down any error messages
  • Send an email to support@dekunu.tech with details and attached screenshots (where necessary)
