I can't log in to the Cloud

First Time Logging In

  • If you have never logged in to the Cloud before, you will need to create a Cloud Profile. Follow these instructions to create an account. 
  • Forgotten your password? Follow these instructions to reset your password and log in.

If you have previously logged In 

  • Ensure that you are using the correct email (that you ordered the device with) and password
  • Screenshot or note down any error messages
  • Send an email to support@dekunu.tech with details and attached screenshots (where necessary)
