If you experience an issue with your device you may be asked by the support team to upload a copy of your system logs from the Diagnostics menu, you can also view other diagnostic information and recalibrate the touchscreen from here
Diagnostics Menu
This screen will appear
Tap any of the options to see diagnostic information
Touchscreen Calibration
A blue screen will then appear with a crosshair
When screen calibration is successful, you will be taken back to the Home screen
If unsuccessful you will receive a 'Calibration Failed' message and the crosshairs will reappear so you can try again
Upload System Logs
Your device will now pack up and upload a copy of the system logs to the Dekunu server, this can take some time so leave the unit connected to a power source and wifi
The red upload icon will display a 0 while the files are uploading, you can check on the statius of the upload by tapping on 'SYNC' in the Diagnostics menu
note: do not be tempted to tap the upload button multiple times, once you see that the logs are packing this indicates that the upload will be successful, tapping more than once will instruct the device to continue uploading logs

Your Dekunu One has a USB Mode that allows you to connect your device to your computer, there is no need to do this other than to backup your jump logs or to manually collect system logs when requested by the support team as all updates and uploads are done OTA (over-the-air).
